Day 01 :
depart from delhi to rishikesh by 10:30 pm (by ac sleeper volvo)
- We depart from Delhi (RK Ashram/ Kashmiri Gate) around 10:30 PM in an AC Sleeper Volvo. (Know the true value of time snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it.)
- Pit stop for dinner at any decent roadside restaurant
Day 02 :
reach rishikesh | rishikesh to joshimath transfer | overnight stay at joshimath
- You will be picked up sharp at 6:30 AM from Rishikesh and drive to Joshimath(a town Chamoli District of Uttarakhand) by surface 290 kms approx 8-9 hrs.
- Spend the day exploring Joshimath, visit the famous temples like Narasimha Temple and Shankaracharya Math.
Day 03 :
joshimath to poolna | trek to ghangaria | overnight stay at ghangaria
- After early morning breakfast, a small briefing session would be provided where all the necessary details about the Valley of flowers trek would be shared.
- After which, we will head towards Pulna which is the starting point of this trek.
- We will start trekking toward Ghangaria village
- We will reach Ghangaria village by afternoon, Post check - in we will have lunch in our hotel.
- Later we will have our dinner followed by overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 04 :
ghangaria to valley of flower | back to ghangaria | overnight stay at ghangaria
- It’s going to be a tiring day, have good breakfast, pull up your socks and kick start the day.
- We will head towards Forest check post.
- Mindway we will have a break to have lunch which we will carry in packed form.
- After reaching Forest check post, we will move towards Vallley of flowers, the main attraction of the whole trek.
- After spending some quality time at the Valley of flowers we will start descending to Ghangaria Village.
- Later we will have our dinner followed by overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 05 :
ghangaria to hemkund sahib | back to ghangaria | overnight stay at ghangaria
- Have breakfast and start your trek to Gurudwara Shri Hemkund Sahib Ji (World’s highest gurudwara sahib).
- We will have our packed lunch while trekking to Gurudwara Sahib.
- We will reach Gurudwara sahib by afternoon and we will stay there for a while.
- Later start descending back to Ghangaria Village.
- Aftertreaching back to the village we will get refresh before having our dinner.
- Post dinner, Overnight stay.
Day 06 :
ghangaria to govindghat to joshimath | overnight stay at joshimath
- Wake up and have breakfast.
- Post brekfast we will start our trek to Govindghat.
- Upon reaching Govindghat later we move to joshimath by evening we will check in to our respective accomodation.
- Post check in, lunch will be served.
- Dham and Mana village on your own.
- Dinner will be served by evening.
- Overnight stay at joshimath
